Description

Oversee the daily operations and management of the retirement village, ensuring smooth functionality.

Foster strong relationships with residents through regular engagement and effective communication.

Manage the village's budget, ensuring operational costs align with the yearly financial plan.

Ensure safety protocols are followed, particularly during construction, and address any concerns from residents.

Handle administrative tasks until the clubhouse is completed, including managing subcontractors.

Collaborate with the projects team to integrate construction efforts seamlessly with village life.

Support the formation of resident committees, empowering them to actively contribute to the community.

Profile

Strong experience in community or village management, with a focus on resident engagement and satisfaction.

Excellent communication and people management skills, able to build rapport with residents and staff.

Basic understanding of budget management and operational cost control.

Ability to manage safety protocols, especially in a construction environment, and address resident concerns.

Calm, diplomatic, and fair, with a balance of professionalism and empathy for retirees.

Energetic, optimistic, and passionate about fostering a vibrant and supportive community.
