about the role

you’ll run the bar like it’s yours. cause it is.
you’ll lead from the front — on the floor, in the flow, with the team.
we’re not looking for a clipboard manager. we’re looking for a presence.

you’ll be responsible for:

managing day-to-day bar ops — clean, sharp, smooth

setting the tone and vibe each night — music, energy, pace

mentoring & developing the team — coaching, training, lifting

running cocktail innovation — new drinks, seasonal twists, consistent classics

staying across stock, compliance & cost control — no mess, no gaps

working with kitchen & FOH to make service seamless

handling any problems that pop up — calm, clear, confident

driving bookings, table turnover, and experience

your crew will follow your lead. so it’s gotta be a good one.
and you’ll have full backing from the owners to do it your way — as long as it works.
