We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team and work closely with our current manager to lead the bar operations. You must –

- Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction.

- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service.

- Handle staff scheduling, manage shifts, and assist with team performance management.

- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to ensure the bar is always well-stocked and efficient.

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including alcohol service laws and responsible drinking policies.

- Manage cash handling, reconcile tills, and ensure accurate end-of-day financial reporting.

- Provide excellent customer service, handle guest complaints or concerns, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

- Previous experience in a bar management or supervisory role, ideally within a pub or hospitality environment.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy nights and weekends.

- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.

- NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification required.

- NSW RCG & Advanced RCG certification required or willing to obtain.
