From the moment guests raise their welcome ‘Skål’ in a custom glass horn, they embark on a culinary journey of rotisserie-cooked meats, inventive cocktails, and exceptional service. We deliver bold flavours, theatrical presentation, and unforgettable hospitality – and we’re looking for a Bar Manager to help us continue this legacy.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own the bar – manage our batching program and be hands-on during service.

Lead and inspire – guide our bar team and ensure our drinks menu stays fresh, exciting, and on-trend.

Drive creativity – encourage innovation and support team members in cocktail competitions.

Deliver unforgettable experiences – ensure every drink served matches our high Mjolner standard.

Manage business operations – oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and COGS costing.

Foster a strong team culture – train, mentor, and grow a passionate and talented team.

WHAT YOU BRING:

2+ years in a management role with a deep love for cocktails and spirits.

Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.

A passion for creating world-class drinks and leading a bar team.

Experience managing a batching program.

The ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

A genuine love for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A keen business mindset with experience in P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.

A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to team growth and development.
