About the role

Crane Tech Cranes' is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Co-ordinator to join our team in Narre Warren, Victoria. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, planning and scheduling of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and work plans
• Coordinating the allocation of resources, equipment and personnel to ensure efficient project delivery
• Monitoring progress and identifying potential delays or issues, implementing solutions to keep projects on track
• Communicating regularly with project stakeholders, clients and contractors
• Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation for all projects
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them
• Supporting the broader operations team as required
• Maintain up-to-date records of personnel inductions and high-risk work licenses.
• Ensure crane maintenance records and compliance is accurately documented and kept current.
• Update online client portals for employees

What we're looking for

• Experience in a similar operations co-ordination or project planning role within the construction industry
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in using project management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
