We are a family business with innovation at our core, and we’re looking for a General Manager to lead our team into the future.

The Role

As General Manager, you will:

Provide high level strategic leadership across all farm operations.

Oversee strategic transitions whilst continuing to drive growth and efficiency.

Lead operations manager, farm managers and operational teams to achieve production goals.

Collaborate on innovative engineering projects like water treatment and renewable energy.

Ensure strict compliance with RSPCA and environmental standards.

Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting.

Develop future leaders through mentorship and succession planning.

Researching and securing contracts alongside continuity planning.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in agricultural management with excellent skills in future proofing & strategic planning.

About You

You are an experienced agricultural leader with:

A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field.

Proven success in managing large-scale farming operations.

Strong financial and commercial acumen.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Experience in sustainability practices and environmental management.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

A passion for animal welfare and sustainable agriculture.

An MBA or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
