D & D Insulation are seeking a highly organised and reliable full time Office Manager who will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our busy Insulation company.
With your previous experience in a similar role, you have a good understanding of just how broad an Office Manager role can be! The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in this role is essential.
Previous experience in the industry is highly regarded but not essential.
Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Management of all Office Administration - phone calls, emails, deliveries, calendar management, document preparation, updating and maintaining internal databases, stationery and stock control.
Set up of new suppliers, resolving invoicing or scheduling issues
Management of new & existing employees and sub-contractors
Management of OHS policies and procedures
Direct support to business owners and installers
Management of Operational Project Administration - Prepare Management of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) templates,
Payroll relief when required
Experience in MYOB, Outlook, Word, and Excel
