Position: Tradesman / Leading Hand

Salary: $35 - $50 per hr, based on experience

Company Car: Fuel card and potential car available, based on experience

Location: Greater Brisbane region & Gold Coast

Employment Type: Full-time permanent

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a commercial landscape tradesman or similar field on commercial projects
• Proven ability to lead and manage landscape projects
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Qld Construction White Card
• Strong leadership

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee landscape projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with team members and builders to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
