As the Data Integrity and Compliance Officer, you will work closely with the Director and Operations Managers to maintain the validity and accuracy of CELC’s policies, risk assessments, and key documentation in accordance with childcare legislation. You will also engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and support professional development for Centre leaders. This role is 48 hours per fortnight.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate Centre data on the Starting Blocks website via the Provider Entry Point.
Assist the WHS Officer in tracking and updating mandatory staff training through regular audits.
Act as a Safety Management System champion, providing training and engagement support.
Create, audit, evaluate, and update Risk Assessments for activities across all services.
Support Centre leaders in ensuring compliance with Risk Assessment procedures.
Keep policies up to date with legislative requirements and facilitate community consultation.
Assist in updating ELMO Learning Modules to reflect policy changes.
Audit and maintain staff, children, and family data in OWNA, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Ensure CWA (Complying Written Agreements) are up to date, supporting parent communication.

Experience in maintaining data integrity and privacy while supporting database users.
A strong understanding of Early Childhood and Care legislation and frameworks.
The ability to manage workloads while maintaining high levels of accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Strong analytical skills with a solution-focused mindset.

Essential Requirements
Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
Recognised Senior First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Training (or willingness to obtain).
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (as per employment conditions).
