As the cornerstone of a senior team, you’ll be the go-to person for high-level administration and support, creating a safety net for senior staff to lean on. You’ll also provide shared services across the organization, working directly with all teams to ensure seamless operations and contribute to an exceptional experience for clients and stakeholders.

About You:

  • You love being client-facing and recognize how important it is to deliver an exceptional experience to all stakeholders.
  • You’re passionate about marketing engagement, implementation, and strategic planning, with a flair for creativity that extends to tasks like website updates and social media.
  • Keeping everything in order is second nature to you, and you take pride in managing everything from team supplies and asset tracking to maintaining an organized workspace.
  • You can effortlessly juggle multiple inboxes, prioritizing emails and requests like a pro.
  • You have a background in finance, with experience in accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and ledger management, and you’re comfortable with monthly reconciliations.
  • You’re proactive—spotting and solving potential issues before they even arise, making sure everything keeps running like clockwork.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A background in Business Administration would be a bonus!
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Suite).
  • Familiarity with Xero, ATO, and ASIC portals—bonus points if you’re quick to learn new tools and systems.
