performing tailored solutions to our clients and we are looking for a highly motivated
Appointment Setter to join our Customer Engagement Team.

Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Appointment Setter to schedule meetings
between potential clients and our sales team. Your role will involve outbound calls, lead
follow-ups, and effective communication to qualify prospects. If you have excellent people
skills and a knack for persuasion, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
 Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
 Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
 Maintain accurate records of conversations and appointments in the CRM.
 Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or SMS.
 Work towards and achieve weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets.
 Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:
 Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
 Strong communication and persuasion skills.
 Ability to handle objections and remain professional.
 Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
 Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:
 Competitive hourly rate $50 per hour plus bonuses for performance.
 Hours of work (10 hours per week with potential to extend to more)
Tuesday 10am -2pm
Thursday 10am – 2pm
Friday 10am -12pm
