Bambini Early Learning Centres are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to oversee proactive and reactive maintenance works across our portfolio of 12 Childcare Centres in Metropolitan Melbourne region.

As an established role within the business, we are searching for an experienced candidate with excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong background in construction/facilities maintenance to ensure our facilities continue to be maintained in excellent condition for children and families.

Role:

Liaise with Childcare Centre Managers and third-party contractors to coordinate maintenance repairs at each Centre.

Liaise with Bambini Facilities Administrator to prepare, review and schedule works orders.

Schedule, monitor and confirm completion of Planned & Reactive maintenance onsite.

Utilise Bambini preferred administrative platforms (OWNA/AESC/BOSS) to monitor tasks and track completion.

Inspect problematic issues and diagnose solution for action in-house or via external contractors where applicable.

Proactively attend Bambini Childcare Centres to carry out preventative maintenance checks and log findings.

Availability Mon – Fri 7.30am – 4pm or flexible hours as agreed.

Availability for some Saturdays noting disruptive works are carried out after hours on weekends.

Experience:

10 years industry experience in construction or facilities related role.

Hands on trade experience preferred.

IT proficiency at moderate level using emails, excel and photo libraries.

Qualifications:

Victorian Driver's License

Carpentry qualification or relevant Carpentry experience

Working With Children's Check mandatory requirement

First Aid Level 2 preferred but not mandatory

Salary range:

$90,000 – $110,000 package, vehicle allowances to be negotiated subject to applications received.
