your role
As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee the facilities and operations across a diverse portfolio of assets. You’ll be the driving force behind:

• Ensuring full compliance with all legislative and safety requirements across multiple sites.
• Managing service contracts, budgets, and operational efficiencies across the portfolio.
• Overseeing contractors and ensuring all properties maintain high presentation standards.
• Conducting regular site inspections, actioning maintenance tasks, and identifying improvement opportunities. There will be the requirement to travel between assets.
• Strengthening relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and service providers across different assets.
• Driving sustainability initiatives and operational improvements at a portfolio level.
• Managing capital works and preventative maintenance programs across multiple locations.

your advantage

• Experience managing facilities across multiple properties - industrial, retail, or office.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, contractor management, and asset operations.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with top-tier organisational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A real estate licence or certificate of registration (preferred).
