We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Wyong. In this role, you will be integral to maintaining a smooth operation within our facilities, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all employees.
Reporting to the on-site Facilities Manager, you will oversee the administrative management, coordination, and delivery of high-quality integrated Soft Services, all while ensuring that Sodexo's operational goals are consistently met.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll need a proven track record in managing work schedules, coordinating building maintenance, and overseeing essential services through contractor management. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with a salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 + super.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Soft Services are delivered in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and OH&S standards
Manage contractors on-site, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services
Understand client contractual agreements and ensure compliance
Coordinate out-of-scope maintenance services through contractor engagement
Oversee work order flow to meet client needs
Manage work flow systems (e.g., SAP and Maximo)
Supervise minor project works as necessary
Prepare requisitions for suppliers and events
Oversee security, cleaning routines, and floor wardens
Liaise with contractors and building management for on-site work
Essential Skills & Experience:
2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders
Proficient in managing contractor relations and work order systems
