The Role

This role is multi-faceted, with responsibilities in both our warehouse and showroom. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week with rostered hours between store opening hours of 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.

As a Sales Assistant you will

Establish and maintain rapport with trade customers

Responding to customer enquiries

Quoting on technical products and solutions

Operating the company forklift to load and unload trucks and shipping containers

Assisting with in-store displays and store presentation

About you

Customer service experience is essential, along with confidence, initiative, and enthusiasm

Job security in a well established, growing company

Able to lift 20-25kg comfortably

Team player with an ability to work autonomously

Exceptional safety awareness

Effective planning and time management abilities

An eagerness to learn about a niche industry

A forklift license is desirable
