About the Role

As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be a trusted expert, guiding clients through their journey of selecting high-end jewellery and luxury timepieces while achieving personal and store sales targets. Your key responsibilities include:

• Jewellery Expertise - Apply your in-depth knowledge of fine jewellery and luxury watches to provide expert advice.
• Sales Excellence - Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets with confidence and skill.
• Exceptional Customer Service - Deliver a personalised, high-end shopping experience to an elite clientele.
• Client Relationship Building - Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients.
• Professionalism & Presentation - Represent the brand with elegance, expertise, and sophistication.

What We're Looking For

✔ A strong sales background with a track record of exceeding targets and driving business outcomes
✔ Passion for luxury products and delivering exceptional client experiences
✔ Ability to engage with VIP clients and build long-lasting relationships
✔ Impeccable personal presentation and outstanding communication skills
✔ Bilingual skills are highly regarded but not essential
