The Role:

As the Senior Property Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approx. 160 properties. This is a true end-to-end role with administrative support and streamlined systems in place to ensure your days run smoothly.

Duties include:

• Managing a portfolio of 160 residential properties
• End-to-end portfolio management including repairs, lease renewals, routines & ingoings/outgoings
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure excellent service delivery
• Using Property Tree to manage day-to-day tasks and reporting
• Working Monday to Friday only – no weekends!

• Salary of $85,000
• Monday to Friday only – no weekend work

About You:

• 3+ years’ experience in residential property management
• Confident managing a portfolio autonomously
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Property Tree or (or similar cloud-based systems)
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
