We’re now looking for a Senior Property Manager who values autonomy, trust, and professional support. This role offers a high base salary and the potential for significant bonus earnings over a 12-month period, along with access to additional lifestyle incentives as part of your overall package.

Your Role Includes:

Managing a well-maintained residential property portfolio

Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trades

Conducting routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports

Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure positive relationships

Arrears management and compliance oversight

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years in property management

Strong working knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Experience using PropertyMe (preferred)

A passion for client care and a proactive attitude

QCAT experience essential
