About the role

• Monday to Friday
• Maternity Leave Position - Approx. 10 to 12 Months - Opportunities will be considered post contract
• Very Clean Portfolio - 130 to 150 properties
• Full Administration and Leasing Support
• Property Tree
• Report to Department Mgr and work within a team of approx. Approx. 20 in Property Management Team
• Career Advancement Opportunities / Part of a National Framework

About You

• Friendly, Team Orientated Attitude
• Residential Property Management Experience
• Attention to Detail and Organisational Skills
• Outstanding Communication Skills and Building Relationships
