The Role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a well-maintained portfolio while being supported by a dedicated admin and leasing team. This role is perfect for someone who values a positive team culture, structured support, and a workplace that genuinely invests in its people.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a clean and well-maintained portfolio

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, and tribunal preparations if required

Work alongside a dedicated leasing and admin team for full support

Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements

Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

About You

✔ Minimum 2+ years experience in property management
✔ Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
✔ Proven ability to manage a portfolio with professionalism and efficiency
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (QLD) and valid driver’s licence
✔ A team player who values a positive and supportive work environment
