Country Motor Inn is located in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine country, Singleton. No matter whether you come for work or leisure, we are here to provide you with a comfortable stay. Being on the highway boosting a convenient location, our property has 49 rooms that includes Budget, Standard and Family rooms to suit your budget. Our facility includes an outdoor swimming pool (not heated), BBQ, Restaurant, Guest Laundry, etc.. Our focus is on providing Quality Accommodation in Superior Locations.

Essential Criteria

You would have a minimum of 2 years hospitality management experience; you will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Property Management in the service apartment/hotel sector. You must have a genuine passion for hospitality, a calmness under pressure with an eye for detail in customer service, finance and administration, facility management and product delivery.

Ideally, you have a good command of English and Mandarin, especially Shanghai or Fujian dialects.

Job duties and tasks

Be a hands-on leader who oversees all aspects of the Motel operations including managing the motel reservation, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping teams

Supervises onsite motel facilities such as swimming pool, BBQ

responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff members, including receptionists, housekeepers, and maintenance workers

ensure that guests are satisfied with their stay, handle any complaints, and respond to guest requests promptly.

responsible for budgeting, managing revenue and expenses, and ensuring that the motel is profitable

marketing the motel, developing promotions, and creating partnerships with other businesses.

ensure that the motel is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations.

responsible for maintaining the physical property, including managing maintenance and repair work, overseeing landscaping, and ensuring that the property is clean and well-maintained.
