The Role:

Take full responsibility to manage the day-to-day operations of the motel, ensuring the guests experience superior customer service and facilities . Take great pride in the quality accommodation that is offered. Ensure a strong client base and team culture is built.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations within each department of the motel, including reception, breakfast service, housekeeping and maintenance.

Provide support and training

Coordinate recruitment, induction, training, and management of staff

Monitor and report weekly and monthly financial performance

Ensure the motel is compliant and operating within all company guidelines and compliant to all legal requirements including WH&S and fire safety

Qualifications and Requirements:

Online channel management experience

Good understanding of housekeeping operations

Great working with people and ability to build rapport

Passionate and motivated to succeed

Willing to live onsite
