About the role

Williams Motel and Caravan Park is seeking a passionate and experienced Motel and Caravan Park Manager. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the motel and caravan park, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of the facilities.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of motel and caravan park operations, including 1-2 staff supervision, budgeting, and inventory control

Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints

Oversee the maintenance and cleaning of motel rooms, caravan park facilities, and grounds

Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests

Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and safety standards

Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

Significant experience (3+ years) in a similar management role within the hospitality or tourism industry

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and staff

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and cost control

Thorough knowledge of hospitality industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices

Familiarity with property management systems and software

A passion for the hospitality and tourism industry, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
