Club Maitland City is seeking a motivated couple to take on the role of Live in Motel Managers in Rutherford, NSW. This is a contract role, providing you with the opportunity to manage and oversee the daily operations of two successful motels, ensuring a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction.

This is a great role and a rare one with one of the motels currently undergoing significant renovations.

What you'll be doing

Manage the daily operations of the motel, including check-in/check-out, room cleaning, and maintenance

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and their stay is comfortable

Manage function bookings and catering requirements

Manage the motel's inventory and ordering of supplies

Reporting directly to the CEO

Ensure the motel complies with all relevant laws and regulations

What we're looking for

A driven self motivated couple

Proven experience in a similar role, managing the day-to-day operations of a motel.

RSA and Food handling certificate

Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team including rostering

Proficient in using relevant software and systems for motel management. RMS experience is desired

A commitment to making the role your own throughout including during the night.

Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests

What we offer

As the Live in Motel Managers, you will have the opportunity to live on-site, providing you with a convenient and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment living arrangement. Additionally, you will receive highly completive monthly remuneration, complementary food, bonus structure and an allowance for 4 weeks annual leave.

This is a generous package that will require a the managers to have a company and and $20m public liability insurance.
