We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Macedon Ranges Community Nursing team, based at Kyneton Health, on a fixed term contract to the 9 January 2026. Ideally the successful applicant will have at least 5 years acute/community nursing experience. Specialist palliative care experience is essential.

Role Statement

The District Nurse (DN) is an integral member of the multidisciplinary team who works to achieve a high standard of evidence-based nursing care to the patient/client and significant others for positive treatment outcomes. They undertake and contribute to the multidisciplinary assessment treatment and discharge planning of patients and assumes accountability and responsibility for his/her own practice based upon his/her level of educational preparation and competence.

Details of Appointment:

Part-time, fixed-term position wotking 32 hours per fortnight from 15/04/2025 to 9/01/2026.

Salary:

YU15 - $54.35 per hour + superannuation
