What you’ll be doing:

• Shaping the firm's digital presence – Lead the charge in increasing engagement and visibility across all digital platforms
• Content creation & strategy – Develop and execute a digital content calendar for each practice group
• Multi-platform storytelling – Craft compelling content for the website, LinkedIn, intranet, and EDMs
• Optimising engagement – Monitor digital performance, refine strategies, and stay ahead of trends
• Supporting growth – Be part of a firm that is still evolving its digital sophistication—your insights will shape its future!
• Managing the firm’s WordPress website – Ensure content is updated and aligned with brand and communication goals

Who we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years’ experience in digital communications, content marketing, or a related field
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
• Strong experience managing social media, websites, and EDMs
• Familiarity with WordPress as a CRM and website management
• Ability to work in a less structured environment and drive digital growth
• Excellent writing skills and a knack for turning legal insights into engaging content
