Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Digital Six, you’ll take the lead on paid advertising, conversion optimisation, and data-driven decision-making—while also playing a key role in client communications and account leadership.
You’ll be responsible for creating, executing, and optimising high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, social media, and other digital platforms—while ensuring client objectives are met, insights are communicated effectively, and long-term relationships are built on trust and measurable success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social media channels.
• Optimise paid media performance, leveraging data insights, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximise ROI.
• Lead client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor, understanding their business needs, and translating them into effective marketing strategies.
• Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients in a clear, compelling, and strategic manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Analyse campaign performance data and provide insights that drive continuous improvement across all digital marketing efforts.
• Enhance landing pages and conversion funnels, working with designers and developers to optimise user journeys.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, new platform features, and industry shifts to keep our strategies cutting-edge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing, PPC management, and digital strategy.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid media optimisation.
• Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media advertising.
• Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to present data, insights, and strategic recommendations effectively.
• Experience in managing client relationships, understanding business goals, and translating them into actionable marketing strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to balance technical performance marketing with broader digital strategy execution.
