ABOUT THE ROLE

Taking a proactive, hands-on approach to service and with a focus on continuous improvement, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day venue operations. Fostering a high-performance culture through training and development, you'll lead and mentor a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service for each of our guests and to the local Annandale community - CARE is at the forefront in everything we do.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum of 2 years management experience in both restaurants and bars.

Strong leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

Understanding of financial principles, commercial acumen, and business insights

Punctual, reliable, trustworthy, self-driven and a quick problem solver

Available to work across a rotating roster including weekends and occasional late-night closes.

Full unrestricted Australian work rights
