This role requires someone with a love of customer service to undertake a wide range of administrative tasks, being responsible for the daily coordination of client bookings and event catering requests along with maintaining general administration duties.

As Administration and Events Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the team. This role encompasses all facets of event management from responding to enquiries, pursuing new business and running the events.

We are seeking applicants who:

· Are highly organised professionals with proven experience managing events in the hotel or hospitality industry.

· Have exceptional communication, customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Possess a strong work ethic with a love for what they do.

· Have the ability to think ‘Out of the box’, delivering creative and effective solutions.

· Have experience in social media marketing.

· Are available on weekends.

This is a fast-paced and diverse role which includes but is not limited to the following key duties:

· End to end function execution to deliver a superior customer experience.

· Build and maintain client relationships.

· Execute promotional campaigns to build awareness and promote events.

· Identify and pursue opportunities for new business.
