Overseeing a small team, you will ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction the primary goal by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals, as well as supporting the financial objectives of their respective warehouses.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills experience:

• 5+ years experience in warehouse operation
• Lean principles

• 5S
• Standardised work/Process standardisation
• Problem solving
