WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR and PROCESS IMPROVEMENT, and other OPERATIONS SUPPORT roles.

This is a great career opportunity for an Operations person who ideally has experience in warehousing / Operations or ideally within the 3PL industry, and is excited by the prospects of working with a brand that is experiencing rapid growth. Ideally, we are looking for applicants with an existing Forklift licence or willing to learn as soon as you start

The successful candidate will effectively contribute to the success of the business by:

• Reporting to the Head of Operations and responsible for own team
• Be tasked with identifying and improving overall Operations productivity across the facility, working with up to 100 staff (role dependent) or:
• Be tasked with identifying and implementing Operational Process Improvement initiatives including best practice and efficient working methods
• Will be given a specific area, or full responsibility for the site day to day operations
• Having responsibility for meeting and exceeding KPIs
• Utilising experience with systems to become a super-user
• Building and providing mentoring, support, and coaching to the Operations Team
• Providing a strong focus on continuous improvement

To be considered for these positions, you will need to be able to work with some flexibility across our opening hours of 6am to 6pm with occasional weekend work as required, as well as demonstrate the following abilities, skills, and expertise:

• Warehouse and logistics professional
• Minimum 2 years of Operations experience working in large or complex warehouse facilities
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Experience with 3PL warehousing
• Advanced excel skills
• Advanced mathematics skills
• Efficiency and meticulous attention to detail
• Experience in building and leading a team

Business-wide QUALITY MANAGER and PROCESS IMPROVEMENT, and other OPERATIONS SUPPORT roles.

• Utilising experience with systems to become a super-user
• Building and providing mentoring, support, and coaching to the Business and Operations Teams
• Providing a strong focus on continuous improvement.

To be considered for these positions, you will need to be able to work with some flexibility across our opening hours of 6am to 6pm with occasional weekend work as required, as well as demonstrate the following abilities, skills, and expertise:

• Management level professional with storng process, administration and organisational skills.
• Minimum 2 years Management or Operations experience working in large or complex businesses
• Knowledge and familiarity with Software platforms associated to the role
• Experience with 3PL warehousing would be beneficial
• Advanced excel skills
• Advanced mathematics skills
• Advanced written and communication skills
• Efficiency and meticulous attention to detail
• Experience in building and leading a team
