The Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Manager to join our operations team. In this hands-on role, you will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, drive continuous improvement, supervise staff, and ensure efficient inventory management. Based at our Mascot office and warehouse, this is a full-time role with an immediate start managing a small team across

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity, efficiency, and adherence to operational procedures.

Low level assembly management of some product lines in addition to warranty job management and service provisions.

Oversee inventory levels, stock movements, and maintain effective inventory control systems.

Coordinate the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods to meet customer demands and maintain optimal stock levels.

Manage daily delivery runs from the distribution center.

Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the warehouse, equipment, and systems.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for the warehouse team.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales) to ensure smooth customer order coordination.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role within warehousing and/or logistics.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and distribution processes.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficient in warehouse management systems and relevant software.

Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

Forklift certification (or the ability to obtain one).

Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.

Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach.
