• Managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Supervising the delivery team and ensuring on-time distribution.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining proper documentation.
• Managing stock rotation to minimise product loss due to shelf life.
• Acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and order updates.
• Supervising admin staff to ensure all paperwork is correctly processed.
