Afonso Building Solutions, is a leading multi award winning new home builder in North East Victoria and Southern NSW. We are currently seeking a full time residential Sales Consultant.

This is a full time role operating out of our head office in Wodonga and a great opportunity for an experienced individual to become part of an established team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Work between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Be available and attend additional work hours on some weekends, as rostered.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Managing enquiries, visitors, following up leads and achieving sales targets.

Understanding and assessing customer needs and working with them on achieving a house design to suit financial budgets.

Develop and maintain a network of partners such as agents, land developers and financiers.

Work closely with the owners/directors and as well as the Administration team.

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate:

New Home sales experience or experience within other sales environments.

A dedication to maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism whilst promoting the brand of the company.

A strong ability to be a team player who works collaboratively within the sales team.

A good knowledge and experience working with Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and other software.

An attractive remuneration of base wage + commissions is offered.
