About the role

Elite Appliances' is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hobart, Tasmania. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and advice to our clients, helping them find the perfect appliances and bathroom fittings for their homes.

What you'll be doing

Providing personalised sales support to customers, understanding their needs and recommending the best products to meet their requirements

Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers, showcasing the quality and capabilities of our premium appliance and bathroom brands

Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our product range, including specifications, pricing and availability

Assisting customers with placing orders, arranging delivery and providing after-sales support

Collaborating with the wider team to drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience

Achieving individual and team sales targets through your consultative sales approach

What we're looking for

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the home appliances or bathroom retail industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, understand and meet customer needs. You would need to be able to demonstrate a high level of competency of the English language.

Strong product knowledge and a genuine passion for the home appliance and bathroom industry

Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries effectively

A driven, target-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Relevant qualifications in sales, customer service or a related field would be highly regarded
