Your Role

As a Commission-Only Solar & Battery Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and helping clients transition to renewable energy solutions. This role is best suited for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and recommend tailored solar and battery solutions

Convert warm leads into sales through phone consultations, in-home visits, and phone calls

Educate clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar and battery storage

Prepare and present detailed solar system proposals

Stay up to date with industry trends, technology advancements, and government incentives

Work independently to achieve sales targets and maximise earnings

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in solar sales, renewable energy, or a similar consultative sales role

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach

A self-motivated and results-driven attitude

Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently

Experience using CRM systems to track leads and sales (preferred)

A current driver’s licence
