The Client
Our client, a global player in the Med-Tech sector, has grown significantly in recent years through strategic acquisitions. This has enabled them to offer a broad range of server-based and cloud-based healthcare practice management software to their customers. Due to continued growth in the local market, we are supporting them in recruiting an Internal Sales Consultant.
About the Position
This role directly impacts revenue and client satisfaction by proactively engaging existing clients, delivering expert consultations, and crafting tailored solutions. You will build robust client relationships, understand their evolving needs, and establish our company as a strategic business ally.
- Maximize Revenue & Client Retention: Proactively initiate business reviews, identify decision-makers, and present targeted solutions to achieve sales goals.
- Provide Expert Guidance & Engagement: Educate clients on product advantages, challenge their perspectives, and establish yourself as an industry expert.
- Develop Strategic Business Partnerships: Analyze client aspirations, challenges, and opportunities, positioning our company as a vital business resource.
- Ensure Exceptional Client Support: Respond promptly to client concerns, follow through on commitments, and maintain clear communication for optimal service delivery.
- Drive Team & Company Performance: Collaborate with internal teams, actively participate in meetings, deliver accurate reporting, and contribute to process enhancements.
About You
The successful candidate will display an enthusiastic, motivated, and hard-working spirit and demonstrate a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, as well as the following attributes:
- Proven consultative sales expertise: Minimum 2 years in a business environment, demonstrating a successful consultative sales approach.
- Outbound sales experience
- Strong sales acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Results-driven performance: Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Effective client engagement: Proven ability to add value to customers through education and insight, consistently meeting business targets.
