We are looking for a Broker Associate to join our team at Innovative Finance.

Training will be provided:

You will complete a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience.

• Be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Have excellent telephone manner
• Be professional and punctual

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the team with client enquiries & building strong relationships with our clients
• Supporting Brokers within our team with the preparation of loan proposals & loan applications
• Supporting Brokers with our upfront and on-going client relationships
• Data entry and record management tasks
• Liaising with external stakeholders (including financial institutions), following up & managing client applications
• Carrying out administrative tasks & general office house keeping duties.
• Furthering and growing your knowledge around various lending policies and procedures (across our panel of lenders) to improve the overall process and client experience.
