We are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our growing mortgage business team who have over 20 years experience in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about helping clients secure the right financial solutions while working alongside a dynamic and internationally-focused real estate firm.

Job Description:

Conduct detailed consultations with clients to grasp their financial objectives and recommend appropriate mortgage products

Educate clients about the nuances of various mortgage options and assist them throughout the decision-making process

Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation

Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth and efficient application process

Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide clients with timely and relevant information

Generate leads through various channels, such as networking events, social media, and referrals from our affiliated building companies

Develop and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and other industry partners

Candidate Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in mortgage brokerage

Accredited mortgage broker licence

Willing to meet clients after office hours

Have passion for growth and embracing opportunities

Dedication to customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong desire to work for the best in the industry

Excellent client relationship management skills

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Fully understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and market dynamics
