About the role
Reporting to the Managing Director and part of the leadership team you will lead the production rhythm of the business, creating a seamless bridge between the Project Management team and manufacturing. Supported by an extremely competent Factory Foreman you will…

Duties

• Ensure a structured production schedule is maintained, providing maximum clarity across departments aligning to the works program.
• Partner with Project Managers, ensuring production meets their requirements according to load demands and build schedules.
• Assign and oversee workflow through cad set-out area to assist factory production, achieving key dates
• Liaise with purchasing and factory foreman to ensure timely procurement of materials
• Conduct post job meetings, communicating and implementing feedback where required
• Oversee and manage quality control
• Strengthen relationships with external contractors and suppliers
• Staff recruitment and HR

Skills & experience
With a volume production background in joinery, cabinet making or a relatable fabrication environment, you will enjoy bringing people and process together. Structured, with attention to detail you will create clarity around production processes, timelines, scheduling and forecasting. As we are one of the last trades onsite you will also be comfortable operating with contingency when required.
