About the role

As Production uPVC Manager at Spartan Double Glazing PTY LTD', you will play a key role in overseeing the manufacturing operations of this growing business. Based in Sunshine, VIC, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in production management within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes
• Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement to increase output, quality, and productivity
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet customer demands and business objectives
• Oversee the work of production teams, providing leadership, training, and performance management
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, Installation, and quality control, to optimize production workflows
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Analyse production data and generate reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
• Working in Windowmaker

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management or similar role within the manufacturing industry, ideally uPVC
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production challenges
• Ability to lead and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
• Experience in Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
