About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work across select key clients in strategic planning and execution across a full funnel marketing strategy. Working directly with the strategic leadership team.

Autonomy & Ownership: You’ll take charge of paid media programs from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with client goals.

Strategic Influence: You’ll have a seat at the table when it comes to setting marketing goals, forecasting outcomes, and experimenting with new tactics.

Full-Funnel Mastery: You’ll manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic and more — while collaborating with SEO, creative, and content teams to maximize results.

Hands-On Execution: Supported by paid media team, you’ll get to bring your ideas to life and drive measurable outcomes.

One of the key accounts you will be working with is Australia’s Personal Injury Law. So, experience in lead generation strategies and planning is an advantage.

What You’ll Do

Project & Campaign Coordination

Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.

Attention to Detail: Ensures that all deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with client goals.

Time Management & Prioritization: Can juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Collaboration & Communication: Works seamlessly with internal teams (designers, copywriters, paid media) and external stakeholders to keep campaigns moving smoothly.

Task Management Tools Expertise: Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Understanding of Paid Media & Organic Channels: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.

Campaign Setup & Optimisation: Hands-on experience in building, launching, and iterating campaigns across multiple platforms.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Ability to identify target audiences, create effective personas, and leverage data to refine audience targeting.

A/B Testing & Experimentation: Experience in running controlled tests to improve campaign performance and optimise creative assets.

Insights, Data Analysis & Reporting

Data Interpretation & Storytelling: Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights, identifying trends, and turning findings into compelling narratives.

Proficiency in Analytics Tools: Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar platforms for campaign analysis and performance tracking.

KPI & ROI Tracking: Ability to set meaningful KPIs, monitor results, and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Report Creation & Visualisation: Expertise in building professional, visually appealing insights decks that effectively communicate key takeaways and recommendations.

Creative Thinking & Problem-Solving

Creative Brief Development: Ability to translate business goals into actionable creative briefs that align with marketing objectives.

Ideation & Conceptualization: Can brainstorm creative solutions and campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences.

Critical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset to identify gaps in performance and develop innovative solutions.

Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

Clear & Concise Communication: Can confidently present insights, reports, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Expectation Management: Ability to set realistic timelines, manage scope, and proactively address challenges.

Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables

Tech & Software Proficiency

Google Suite/Excel/Sheets: Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

PowerPoint/Google Slides: Ability to create polished, engaging, and insight-rich presentation decks.

CRM & Marketing Automation Platforms: Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, to track lead data and integrate campaign insights.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

4+ years managing and optimising paid media campaigns.

Proven ability to use data to inform decisions and improve performance.

Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and pixel implementation.

Skills & Mindset

Strong communication skills — can confidently articulate ideas and strategies.

Salary & Perks

Target Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (based on experience and expertise).
