This role is perfect for a technically-minded marketer with deep expertise in eCommerce and DTC performance (bonus points if you love food as much as we do!).

About The Role
As our Performance Media Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our paid media success, managing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and beyond. You will play a key role in optimising performance, increasing revenue and enhancing brand visibility for our DTC brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Campaign Management: Plan, manage and optimise campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads and TikTok.
- Technical Expertise: Assist in managing Shopify site and related best-practice apps, contribute to Klaviyo automations, manage product feed automations and Google Tag Manager.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to inform optimisations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to evolve and improve ad strategy.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets to maximise ROAS efficiently.
- A/B Testing & CRO: Oversee A/B tests and support conversion rate optimisation efforts to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Innovation: Test new and assist in the development of ad formats, creatives and strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform updates and best practices in paid media.
Your Experience
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and optimising paid media campaigns with measurable results.
- DTC & eCommerce Expertise: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in eCommerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing environments.
- Shopify Knowledge: Strong understanding of Shopify and best-practice apps within the Shopify ecosystem.
- Klaviyo Expertise: Experience setting up and optimising Klaviyo automations to support performance marketing efforts.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with product feed automations and Google Tag Manager for tracking and performance optimisation.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop, execute and refine performance-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Budget Management: Experience managing advertising budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
- Passion for Food (Optional but Awesome): A genuine interest in food and cooking will be a great addition to our team’s energy.
Role Details
- Full-time Position: Enjoy a friendly, creative, and collaborative working environment based in our Melbourne office.
- Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 p.a. (depending on experience)
