✅Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication (15%)

Act as the lead contact for clients across paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and programmatic (DV360, The Trade Desk).

Translate client goals into cross-channel KPIs and tactical media plans.

Lead client WIPs, QBRs, and strategy sessions with performance insights and platform data.

2. Planning & Strategy (25%)

Build full-funnel media strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, DV360, and other programmatic platforms.

Conduct in-depth audience, keyword, and channel analysis to inform platform selection and budget split.

Collaborate with creative, SEO, and analytics teams to ensure strategic alignment across media touchpoints.

3. In-Platform Optimisation (30%)

Manage campaign execution and in-platform optimisation across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and DV360.

Continuously test bidding strategies, creatives, and audience segments to improve ROAS, CPA, and CPL.

Monitor delivery, troubleshoot issues (e.g., low spend, disapprovals), and ensure pixel and tag integrity.

4. Process Innovation & Development (15%)

Implement automation tools like Google Ads scripts, rules-based optimisations, and dynamic creative testing.

Improve campaign workflows, dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Supermetrics), and reporting processes.

Contribute to playbooks and SOPs covering platform setup, campaign QA, and tagging consistency.

5. Team Development (15%)

Mentor junior team members on platform best practices, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic DSPs.

Provide QA support on campaign builds, reporting, and budget pacing.

Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and stay updated on the latest platform innovations.

📈 Experience Required

4+ Years in Paid Media: Demonstrated success in managing cross-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.

Client-Facing Experience: Proven track record of working directly with clients, presenting strategies, and delivering results.

Integrated Campaign Management: Experience planning and executing full-funnel campaigns in fast-paced agency environments.

Team Mentorship: History of guiding junior team members, reviewing work, and contributing to internal training or upskilling.

🔧 Technical Skills:

Expert in Paid Platforms: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or programmatic DSPS (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).

Analytics & Tagging: Strong skills in GA4, GTM, pixel/tag implementation, UTM tracking, and performance measurement tools.

Budget Management: Confident handling of budgets with complex media mixes across multiple platforms.

Optimisation & Testing: Skilled in A/B testing, bid strategy optimisation, audience segmentation, and dynamic creative testing.

🎯 Bonus Points If You Have:

Google Certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search, Display, Video, or Measurement).

Meta Blueprint Certification in Media Buying or Planning.

Programmatic Platform Certifications, such as DV360 or The Trade Desk Edge Academy.

Looker Studio / GA4 Proficiency, including dashboard creation and custom reporting.
