We’re seeking a Senior Manager - Paid Media to develop and execute a best-in-class paid media strategy that fuels growth and strengthens brand presence.

You’ll drive media planning and buying across multiple channels, using first-party data to create high-impact campaigns that attract and retain customers. Collaborating with brand, product, finance, and data science teams, you’ll maximize media investments and stay ahead of industry trends.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Oversee media planning and buying across Social, Video, TV, OOH, Paid Search, Programmatic, and Digital Partnerships.
• Leverage audience insights and first-party data to create high-impact campaigns.
• Partner with internal teams to integrate paid media with owned and earned channels for a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Identify and implement new media technologies, tools, and innovations to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Optimize media investments, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximum ROI.
• Lead relationships with key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, TV networks, OOH vendors, DSPs) and media agencies.
• Drive media measurement frameworks, including incrementality testing and attribution modeling.

What You Can Bring to the Team:

• 10+ years of experience in media planning and buying, with a proven track record in ANZ (UK experience a plus).
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing media teams.
• Expertise in digital, data-driven media strategies, performance marketing, and brand marketing.
• Ability to navigate a matrix organization, manage multiple stakeholders, and influence C-suite executives.
• Passion for media trends, audience behavior, and digital transformation.
