We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant & Functions Manager to join our team and take charge of our dining and events operations. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellent service, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage and execute a variety of functions, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations.

You must –

- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining high quality standards

- Manage all functions and events at the venue, from planning to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless service

- Supervise, train, and leader team of front of house staff, ensuring exceptional service and a positive work environment

- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination during service

- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and special requests for functions and events

- Ensure the restaurant an event spaces are always clean, organised, and well maintained

- Oversee customer feedback, addressing any concerns and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience

- Proven experience as a restaurant manager, event manager, or in a similar role, preferably in a pub or hospitality environment

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead A-Team under pressure, especially during busy periods

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification required
