We are seeking a skilled Change Analyst to join our clients Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) change team. This role will play a vital part in supporting the design and implementation of change management activities in the projects space .
The role is a WFH position, based in NSW, up to 12 months in tenure.
About the Role:
As a Change Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, measuring, analysing, and reviewing change management initiatives for our ERP solution. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement business improvements, provide insights into trends, risks, and issues, and generate reports highlighting potential conflicts and business change saturation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business functions to assess change impacts, ensuring a clear understanding of how ERP implementation affects teams and future state processes.
- Work within tight timeframes during the initial four-month design phase to identify and assess key change impacts.
- Establish strong working relationships with business stakeholders to implement effective change activities and engagement strategies.
- Support Enterprise Process Excellence by validating value streams, organisational capabilities, and processes.
- Document capability uplift requirements to inform training plans, materials, and logistics.
- Coordinate change networks, including change leaders, champions, and superusers.
- Analyse business readiness and adoption of change, providing valuable insights to shape key performance criteria and objectives.
- Develop personas to refine communication strategies and engagement timeframes.
- Assist Business Owners in planning and leading change implementation, supporting ‘go live’ activities with communications plans, events, and change agent guidance.
What You Need to Succeed:
Qualifications & Certifications
Required:
- Diploma in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Desirable:
- Certification or experience in Change Management.
- Certification or experience in Project Management.
Experience & Skills
Experience:
- Experience in business/requirements analysis within a large enterprise.
- Extensive experience in change analysis or PMO roles supporting large transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks, methodologies, tools, and measures.
- Exposure to project and program management disciplines with the ability to plan and integrate change activities.
Skills:
- Strong presentation skills, capable of identifying data and trends for informed decision-making.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills, particularly at senior management levels.
- Effective organisational skills to manage complex workloads and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in business systems and computer operations relevant to the role.
