About the role

We're seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Relocation Specialist / Account Manager to join the team at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Ltd in Forrestfield, WA. This full-time position will involve managing end-to-end relocation services for our valued clients, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their unique relocation needs and preferences

Coordinate all aspects of the relocation process, including arranging transport, storage, and delivery of household goods

Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and addressing any concerns that arise

Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient relocation for each client

Identify opportunities to enhance the relocation experience and suggest process improvements

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or account management role, preferably within the relocation industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using various software and technology to support relocation activities

Adaptable and flexible, with a solution-oriented mindset
