💼 About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to contact for our customers—ensuring their needs are met, opportunities are maximised, and experiences are seamless. You’ll build relationships, solve problems, and help clients optimise their freight operations with us. This is a full-time, office based role currently located in Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast. We'll be moving to our own premesis within the next 6 months, offering an exciting opportunity to grow with us as we expand.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Maintain regular communication with customers and deliver tailored solutions

Identify account growth opportunities through data and client insights

Convert inbound warm leads into active accounts, guiding them through the onboarding process

Support onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition

Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers

Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer journey

💰Salary

The advertised salary range is dependant on experience accross all relevant areas, inlcuding key account management, freight/logistics industry knowledge, customer service and systems proficiency.
