Kamala Tech adds value through providing accounting, legal and IT technical services, including costs analysis, project management, sourcing legal and tax opinions, training and support and BI reporting services.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the accounts payable functions including managing supplier invoices, subcontractor billing and payments and key supplier data for business expenditure.

Handle bank reconciliation and bookkeeping.

Perform balance sheet reconciliation and month-end processes.

Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts.

Work closely with finance team in the preparation of financial forecasts and data variance analysis reports.

Assist in the preparation of tax returns, annual audits and statutory filings.

Participate in ad-hoc accounting projects as required.

Key Requirements:

A recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a team environment.

Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn.

A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

Desirable:

Mandarin language skills are highly desirable.

Pursuit of professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CA, CPA) is encouraged.
